About Leslie
Leslie Bouché is a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Master of Therapeutic Imagery. She received her Diploma from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California. HMI was founded by Dr. John Kappas, a leader and legendary innovator in the field of hypnotherapy and is the nation’s leading accredited college of hypnotherapy.
Leslie has had a lifetime of commitment to spiritual growth and to understanding how to work with the deeper mind. Having been a business owner, a parent, and involved in service to the community, she has a full understanding of the challenges inherent in balancing work, family, self-care, and spiritual life. Her experiences have taught her the great value of combining a passion for life and compassion for our humanness with healthy detachment and a lively sense of humor.

I work with issues such as negative thinking and self-talk, managing stress and anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, changing negative habits, improving sleep, and embarking on new life paths. My desire is to help clients cut from the negative patterns of the past and develop a kinder sense of self. This frees them to move forward in their lives in positive, constructive, and joyful ways - learning to treat themselves, and others, with greater love and respect. Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Guided Imagery can empower clients to achieve their personal goals. I believe we can all relax deeply into greater inner comfort and live healthier and happier lives.”
